WOW Festival complies with the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (in force from 25 May 2018) We are committed to maintaining your privacy and taking care with the personal information you may volunteer as part of ticket bookings , online purchases, membership. or donation forms, e-newsletter or event sign-ups and visitor surveys.

 

The personal information we collect, process or use is treated securely and in accordance with our privacy policy (described below). Whenever you provide us with personal information, you consent to its collection and use in accordance with this policy, including our use of cookies (as explained below). When processing your order / purchase we will ask you for your name, address, email and telephone number. This is essential for processing all non-cash orders. We may also ask you if you would like to be notified of upcoming events and campaigns at WOW. We retain personal information for administration, advertising, marketing and fundraising purposes.

 

Depending on what you have told us, we will) process your information on the basis that you have given consent for this processing and for related communications (Article 6 (1) (a) of GDPR) ii) process your information on the basis that you enter into a contract when you buy tickets or products from the Arts Center or when you make a donation (Article 6 (1) (b) of GDPR) and iii) process your information on the basis that it is in WOW's 'legitimate interests' to do this (Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR) in the sense that WOW requires the information in order to process financial and other transactions and keep a record of' these.

 

Only WOW staff will access and use your information.
