WOW is teaming up with Chapter MovieMaker, Cardiff’s monthly film night, to showcase short films from across the world. In addition to the usual mix of locally-produced pieces, two filmmakers who have made documentaries abroad will introduce their films and reflect on the pleasures and problems of working abroad.
